It seems like in 2021 I’m finding lots of quality unique educational toys and I love it. This thing is so cute, made with great workmanship. The numbers are weighted to match the weight of the coinciding little frog pieces to balance weight. It comes with cards and a bag to secure the pieces in one functional space. I love it and my kid loves loves loves the fishing rod. I love the color coordination as well.

The scale and little frogs are great. My 7 and 4 year old both were having lots of fun using it. M ten your old figured out that you can make bigger numbers. She put the 10, 7, 3, 8, and 2 on one side and then 30 frogs on the other and it still worked. This is a really unique math scale that can be used in a lot of great ways. I would have given it five stars

What a simple yet fun educational way of learning. My four-year-old enjoys the colors as well as the balance effect. It helps promote understanding of not only numbers but greater and lesser than, colors and weight, and balance. It's exactly what we were looking for. My only suggestion is to maybe include a storage case of some sort. There are too many pieces, especially the small frogs, that we had to save the box to store. No big issue but would be extremely helpful.

I wish it was a bit more sturdy. Also I wish the knob to adjust the balance was not placed in such a prominent location. But it does teach the math concepts it is supposed to. I bought it for my preschoolers and we had fun playing with it. Q would drop frogs on without counting, but he was paying attention to the balancing. My older kids played with it on their own and came up with more complex balancing equations. One was trying to use just the numbers to balance the scale. Once I suggested leaving the 1 and the 2 to be the last numbers to put on the scale, he played with it for a long time on his own.

I love the idea of this game, however, we received two number 4’s in our box & we are missing a number 1.
UPDATE: the company sent us a replacement kit & it has all the pieces. Thank you for fixing this for us. Changed my review to 5 stars.
